Pear And Apple Crumble

This week for the technology challenge we got to  choose what we made.
We made apple and pear crumble. We had to decide who was bringing what for
Friday. I worked with Nevey, Summer and Wairini but Wairini was away.
This is our recipe!



Apple Crumble Recipe


2 Cups Of Sliced Apples/Tin.


¼ Cup Of Water.


Crumble


1 Cup Of Flour.


½ Teaspoon Of Baking Powder.


½ Cup Of Brown Sugar.


50g Of Butter.

Sift flour and baking powder, add sugar, rub ( grate ) butter Spread
over apples. Bake for about 30 minutes at 190’c ( 375’F )


Billie : Cups, Bowl , Base. Tin Apples.


Nevey: Plain flour and baking powder.


Summer: Butter and plain ice cream.
